We're not a recruitment agency and we're not a labour broker. We don't employ professionals. Our role is simple: we make verified, trustworthy connections that help both establishments and professionals succeed.
We charge a clear coordination fee, not a markup on labour. Payment and work arrangements are always agreed directly between establishments and professionals.
We saw too many talented professionals stuck in long job hunts — and too many establishments left short-staffed at the worst possible moments.
We've lived those moments ourselves: scrambling for last-minute cover, dealing with no-shows, trying to find reliable people under pressure while service is in full swing.
The existing options were either too slow, too impersonal, or too expensive. Traditional recruitment agencies felt corporate and cold. Gig apps felt chaotic and unreliable. There was no middle option that felt human and actually understood hospitality.
So we built ClearShift — a smarter, more human approach to hospitality staffing. A connector that understands the real-world challenges of this industry and puts people first.
