We act as a connector between hospitality professionals and establishments that need staff.
When an establishment requests staff:
1. ClearShift reviews suitable professionals in our network.
2. We introduce selected candidates to the establishment.
3. The establishment may invite you for an interview or trial shift.
4. If both sides are happy, you may begin working together.
Payment and employment terms are always agreed directly between the establishment and the professional.
